What Will Be Your Environment:

BMT is based in Romania and Germany. We produce catheters with approx. 130 employees.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Operator (m/w/d), you will play an important role in producing catheters. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.

What We’re Looking For:

-Processing, assembling and finishing of products by means of operations specific to the catheter manufacturing activity.
 

Skills That Make a Difference:

-Completed secondary education
-No previous experience in a similar position required
-Skill, precision and thoroughness in performing specific operations
-Observational and organizational skills, good judgement, ability to work under time pressure, communication skills, teamwork skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy required to carry out the production processes
-Ability to plan work and time
