Production Supporter

Process Support, Oral Pilot Plant

Måløv, Denmark, Onsite

Drive reliable GMP production and help strengthen daily operations in a fast-moving area where quality, pragmatism, and strong production support matter every day.

Your new role

As a Production Supporter, you will play an important role in supporting ongoing production across oral clinical production processes, including blending, granulation, tableting, packaging into bottles, and blister packaging.

You will work close to the production lines and help ensure that daily operations run reliably, compliantly, and with the right level of quality. A key part of the role will be handling deviations, supporting problem solving, improving local processes, and contributing to clear documentation within a GMP-regulated environment.

The area is currently going through changes in organisation, ways of working, and task distribution. This means you will join a team where there is both a need for strong daily execution and a need to continuously improve how we work. You should therefore be motivated by being close to production, taking ownership, and finding pragmatic solutions that support both quality and flow.

Your main responsibilities will include:

-Supporting daily production activities and helping ensure stable production flow
-Handling and supporting deviations, problem solving, and documentation in a GMP-regulated environment
-Supporting improvement of local processes, instructions, logbooks, and ways of working
-Taking responsibility for one or more defined process areas over time
-Collaborating closely with colleagues in Production, Quality Assurance, support teams, and other stakeholders
-Contributing to preparation and support of campaigns as your knowledge of the area develops
-Applying a pragmatic and quality-minded approach when assessing issues, risks, and solutions
-Using and contributing to digital tools and new ways of working, including AI-enabled tools where relevant

Your new department

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues worldwide, dedicated to supplying life-changing medicines to the patients who depend on them.

Within GMS, you will join a production support team working across oral clinical production for phase 1-3 clinical trials. The team supports process-related activities across several production steps and plays a central role in ensuring that products, processes, and documentation remain compliant and robust.

You will become part of a team with strong engagement, high professional standards, and a broad responsibility in daily operations.
The working environment is hands-on, production-near, and GMP-driven. You should therefore be comfortable working in an area where priorities can change, where documentation matters, and where good judgement is needed to balance compliance, flow, and practical solutions.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

style=”margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px”-
-Hold an academic degree within Engineering, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline
-Have hands-on experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
-Have experience from production support, manufacturing, quality, process support, or a similar role
-Understand the importance of documentation, deviation handling, and compliant ways of working
-Are motivated by being close to production and supporting daily operations
-Can work independently, take ownership, and follow through on tasks while knowing when to involve others
-Communicate clearly and collaborate well with stakeholders across functions
-Are fluent in Danish or able to work effectively in a Danish-speaking production environment
-Experience with oral production, powder processes, granulation, tableting, packaging, or Novo Nordisk systems will be considered an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and pragmatic. You have a strong quality mindset, but you also understand that not every issue needs to be made bigger than it is. You are comfortable working in a busy environment, and you bring the drive to move tasks forward without waiting to be told every next step.
