You could be the ideal candidate for the position of Production Supervisor at Forvia.

In your role as Production Supervisor at our FAS (Faurecia Seating) site in Flers en Escrebieux (59), you will play a key role in ensuring performance in terms of Safety and Quality, Costs, Deadlines (QCD) for your GAP.

• Your responsibilities include defining objectives, implementing action plans, and monitoring results to ensure continual improvement. You will also manage problem resolution within your teams.
• Your role goes beyond performance management; you will also be responsible for supervising your team, ensuring appropriate management, with particular attention to individual development within your team. Safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with Group HSE standards, acting as the main player in the safety of your area and working to improve working conditions.
• You will also manage cross-functional projects to improve production processes according to the needs of the enterprise.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Ideally, a Master’s degree in engineering from an engineering school / higher diploma with a specialization in production.
• A lower degree may be considered if the candidate has significant experience in team supervision in an industrial environment.

Professional Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of production experience, ideally in the automotive industry
• Team spirit with strong communication and interpersonal skills
