Job description

A Production Supervisor is required to effectively manage and lead the Engineering and Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all manufacturing processes.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans and schedules
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes are compliant with health and safety regulations
• Inspire, motivate and lead a team of engineers and manufacturing workers
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals
• Address any issues that may affect manufacturing operations
• Report to senior management on progress and any issues

• An educational background in Engineering or a related field (at least a bachelor)
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry (electromechanical is preferred)
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to communicate in English
