The position to be filled :
In charge of a large production unit, you will supervise around fifty employees and organize the workshop’s activity to meet the production plan with the expected level of safety, while continuously improving the operation of your unit in terms of safety, quality, costs and efficiency.

Profile required :
Bac + 3 to bac + 5 technical training.
At least 5 years’ experience managing production teams.
Rigorous and proactive profile

Le poste à pourvoir :
Responsable d’une importante unité de production, vous encadrez une cinquantaine de collaborateurs et organisez l’activité de l’atelier pour répondre au plan de production avec le niveau de sécurité attendu et en veillant continuellement à améliorer le fonctionnement de votre unité en termes de sécurité, qualité, coûts et efficiences.
