The position to be filled :

In charge of a large production unit, you will supervise around fifty employees and organize the workshop’s activity to meet the production plan with the expected level of safety, while continuously improving the operation of your unit in terms of safety, quality, costs and efficiency.

Main responsibilities :

The main responsibilities of the Production Unit Manager are :

• Take responsibility for the safety of his/her colleagues, guarantee safe working conditions and compliance with legal regulations in the Production Unit,
• Ensure that planned volumes are achieved, at the desired costs, deadlines and quality, and within the production unit’s budget (labor and material efficiency),
• Participate in production planning and ensure compliance with it.
• Ensure the development of the necessary skills and the motivation of operators, and implement and monitor the department’s training plan,
• Plan and carry out individual interviews with employees in the department.
• Ensure the smooth running, sustainability and improvement of the machinery entrusted to him/her, and manage the industrial tool,
• Contribute to the site’s performance and responsiveness by coordinating his/her actions with the other RUPs and other departments,
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, be a driving force behind proposals, and encourage his/her team to do the same.
• Contribute to the achievement of objectives (key performance indicators) through targeted actions within his/her scope, monitoring the evolution of indicators,
• Participate in customer and standards audits,
• Monitor and drive action plans (safety, quality, improvements, investments).
• Liaise with support functions and unit activities.

Profile required :

Bac + 3 to bac + 5 technical training.

At least 5 years’ experience managing production teams.

Le poste à pourvoir :

Responsable d’une importante unité de production, vous encadrez une cinquantaine de collaborateurs et organisez l’activité de l’atelier pour répondre au plan de production avec le niveau de sécurité attendu et en veillant continuellement à améliorer le fonctionnement de votre unité en termes de sécurité, qualité, coûts et efficiences.

Principales missions :

Les principales responsabilités du Responsable d’Unité de Production sont :

• Assurer la responsabilité de la sécurité de ses collaborateurs, garantir la sécurité des conditions de travail et le respect des règles légales dans l’Unité de Production,
• Garantir l’atteinte des volumes prévus, aux coûts, délais et qualité souhaités, ainsi que dans le respect du budget de l’unité de production (efficience Main d’œuvre et Matière),
• Participer à la planification de la fabrication et en assurer le bon respect
• Garantir le développement des compétences nécessaires et la motivation des opérateurs, la réalisation et le suivi du plan de formation de son service,
• Planification et réalisation des entretiens individuels avec les collaborateurs de son service.
• Garantir le bon fonctionnement, la pérennité et l’amélioration du parc machine qui lui est confié, assurer la gestion de l’outil industriel,
• Contribuer à la performance et à la réactivité du site en coordonnant ses actions avec les autres RUP et autres services,
• Participer aux actions d’amélioration continue, être force de proposition et encourager son équipe à l’être
• Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs (indicateurs de performance clés) par des actions ciblées dans son périmètre, pilotage de l’évolution des indicateurs,
• Participer aux audits clients et normatifs,
• Suivre et animer ses plans d’actions (sécurité, qualité, améliorations, investissements)
• Assurer le lien avec les fonctions supports et l’activité de son unité

Profil recherché :

Bac + 3 à bac + 5 formation technique

Expérience du management d’équipes de production d’au moins 5 ans.
