Optime, a Halliburton Service, is hiring a Production Planner who thrives at the center of operations – the connecting force between Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production.
In this role, you are responsible for turning projects requirements into executable production plans. Aligne material availability, production capacity and delivery timelines.

Your Mission
-Turn complexity into clarity

-Turn silos into seamless operations

You will:

-Translate project requirements into structured, executable production plans
-Align material availability, production capacity, and delivery timelines
-Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks before they impact performance
-Ensure transparency and alignment across the value chain
-Work hands-on in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
-Manage product structures and production data in Siemens Teamcenter (PLM)
-Drive continuous improvement in planning and operational processes
 

What You Bring

-Experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain
-Strong understanding of BOMs, material flow, and capacity planning
-Hands-on ERP experience (preferred)
-Experience working with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred)
-Structured, analytical thinking with a proactive mindset
-Ability to see the bigger picture and act cross-functionally
