 Position: Production PlannerBased: Stefanowo, Poland
 

We are looking to employ a customer-oriented and experienced production planner to prepare, modify, and manage production schedules. Full time position, permanent contract.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Organizing production plan to maximize service and minimize operational cost and inventory.
-Adhering to all quality and safety standards.
-Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
-Monitoring the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget.
-Supporting other projects.
-Identify loss and value and non-value-added activities and implement a continuous improvement plan.
 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

-Proven experience as production planner
-Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
-Good English knowledge.
-Ability to multi-task and handling quick turnaround.
-SAP experience strongly preferred.
-Ability to identify problem issues and escalate and/or execute acceptable solutions.
-Possessing strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with other departments, employees, or managers at all levels within the company.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Good MS Office knowledge, including MS Excel.
