  • Ensuring materials, tooling and services have been arranged per procedure for the work scope
  • Accountable for preparing the work pack for the technicians.
  • Splitting of task cards and phasing of task cards
  • Request and coordinate work to be carried out by 3rd party providers (e.g. aircraft wash, repairs etc.)
  • Coordinate with the CAMO planning on task priority and confirm that the work can be performed.
  • Ensure that all required closed paperwork is returned in digital format to the CAMO in due time and check for correct signoff.
  • Short-term storing and administrate any hard-copy closed paperwork.
  • Responsible for checking the availability of materials for planned work.
  • Ensure that all Maintenance can be/has been performed on time.
  • AD-HOC Support to Key stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer

  • Relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to aircraft maintenance
  • Part 145 experience
  • Must be able to perform well under pressure
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Danish & English
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional time management & multi-tasking ability
  • Relevant general familiarization of aircraft types (B767+B777 is an advantage)
  • CTS-1 (MAC procedures as given in CAME and MOE)
  • CTS-2
