The brand-new McCain Appetizers factory in Rilland (Zeeland) is looking for motivated line operators in training who want to help create delicious vegetarian snacks following clear work instructions. Work in a dynamic team and grow with our successful and fast-growing company!WHAT YOU WILL DOYou start your workday with a nice cup of coffee and a chat with your colleagues, then you’re ready to get to work. As a line operator, you’re versatile, and every workday brings new challenges.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You enjoy working with machines and setting them up for processes like mixing ingredients.
• You make sure the right supplies are next to the machines on time so that targets are met and downtime is prevented.
• You solve small issues on your own and call in the maintenance team for bigger problems.
• At the end of your day, you feel satisfied, knowing that your work helped produce a high-quality product that meets all quality standards!

WORK HOURSYou’ll work in a 3-shift system, from Monday to Saturday morning, 8 hours per day. The shifts are:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (morning shift)
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (afternoon shift)
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (night shift)

At McCain Appetizers, they offer an energetic, no-nonsense workplace with friendly colleagues, clear communication, and a strong focus. The goal is to make high-quality, deep-frozen breaded vegetable snacks and cheese snacks that are available in supermarkets, restaurants, and fast-food chains worldwide. This includes breaded mushrooms, cheese snacks, and fried broccoli or cauliflower.Wat vragen wij?

• You are available full-time in a 3-shift system.
• We value cleanliness, precision, and independence highly.
• You are good at performing routine work.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• Starting salary of €15.98 (including ATV allowance, excluding shift premiums).
• Shift premium! 33% between 6:00 PM & 12:00 AM / 35% between 12:00 AM & 6:00 AM.
• 25 vacation days (to be earned)
• 3% year-end bonus (after 2 months of work).
