Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Amersfoort

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Production department in ensuring the timely and cost-efficient delivery of medical products. You will oversee the design, development, and management of production processes, as well as the creation and monitoring of the department’s budget. Your role includes optimizing processes through Lean Management, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering the growth and development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop the Production team, ensuring departmental professionalization.
* Contribute to long-term strategy and organizational growth.
* Monitor technological and production advancements.
* Manage production planning and implement Lean Management practices.
* Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Analyze and report on departmental performance and present findings to Management.

Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* 10+ years of experience in (inter)national logistics or production within a medical environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Strong background in logistics and Lean process management.
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English.
* A hands-on, motivated leader who excels in a dynamic team environment.
