Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Apply lean principles and methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory management to ensure adequate raw material and finished goods inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience in project management, demonstrating successful planning and execution of complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software SAP, LEAN
• Excellent level of English (C1)
