Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive global marketing initiatives for a portfolio of Medical Imaging Solutions. This role is responsible for defining product positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing programs across international markets.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, possesses strong knowledge of the medical imaging industry, and is capable of translating customer and market insights into compelling value propositions and commercial tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for medical imaging products and solutions.
* Collaborate closely with commercial and business teams to identify customer needs, market pain points, and growth opportunities.
* Support product commercialization activities in partnership with Product Line Management.
* Create and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
* Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials with clear and differentiated messaging.
* Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitive landscapes to support business decisions.
* Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between global strategies and local execution.
* Partner with Product Line Management to understand product roadmaps and translate technical developments into customer-centric benefits.
* Collaborate with regional market leaders and cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives.
* Provide ongoing commercial and technical marketing support to regional sales teams and specialists.
* Lead and support global product launches, ensuring effective localization and execution across regions.
* Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of strategic projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company quality standards, internal policies, and business conduct guidelines.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Medical Technology, Business, or related field required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic and tactical marketing roles.
* Previous experience within the DR, CT, or C-Arm medical imaging industry is required.
Professional Experience
* Proven experience managing product launches, sales training initiatives, and go-to-market programs.
* Experience in business research, product marketing, and marketing communications.
* Background in global, regional, and local marketing strategy development and execution.
* Experience working with both direct sales organizations and distributor networks.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, public relations, and event management.
* Familiarity with international and matrix marketing organizations.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong strategic and tactical marketing capabilities.
* Deep understanding of modern marketing strategies and commercial execution.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and written communication skills.
* Experience developing technical sales training programs.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Illustrator.
* Strong commercial awareness combined with creativity and analytical thinking.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
* Knowledge of clinical applications related to capital medical equipment is considered a plus.
* Previous sales experience in capital medical equipment is an advantage.
