The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:As a Product Specialist in the SITA Communications and Data Exchange team, you will join our dynamic Value Added Services Product Team in implementing the product marketing strategy, clear customer communications and product roadmap. Air transport is the world’s most global industry, and it’s built on global connectivity and powered by data. SITA’s Communications and Data Exchange portfolio securely connects airlines, airports, border agencies and passengers, all over the world and we process more industry data than any other provider.As the air transport industry moves to digital and cloud-based systems, you will play a vital role supporting the product management of SITA’s Value Added Services Portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, ordering, billing, pricing, legal, regulatory, IT, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our products.WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Market research and analysis:

  • Conduct research on trends related to our products, technologies, and market.
  • Support managing existing and future vendors, partners, suppliers, telcos (NDA, contact details …)
  • Product development and lifecycle:
  • Create engaging product collaterals, and update the internal/external portfolio portals
  • Assist in product development (quote to bill process for ordering, billing, revenue assurance) and business case creation.
  • Standardize the pricing components of a product for project management and support.
  • Create a new package offering by combining products from different business units
  • Monitor the demo and lab assets inventory
  • Project coordination:
  • Support the coordination of activities and timelines on technical debt projects
  • Lead the program on new technologies
  • Lead on projects where integration of SITA products with third-party applications or between different SITA products is required
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
