Position: Product Specialist – Medical Devices – Eastern Balkans
As a Product Specialist, you will provide expert product support, education, and training on speciality medical devices for diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be part of the Sales team within the European Emerging Markets Organization, focusing on Interventional Systems for Bulgaria, Moldova, and Romania. This role is an independent contractor position.

Key Responsibilities:

Building Relationships and Using Influence:

* Effectively collaborate in a multi-cultural international environment.
* Build sustainable relationships with colleagues and distributors.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for distribution, enhancing customer interactions.
* Retain and develop relationships with distributors in various markets.

Product Knowledge:

* Implement product and technical support strategies with Marketing teams.
* Initiate sales training for distributor teams to improve skills and impact sales positively.

Business Acumen:

* Demonstrate advanced business skills, including strategic planning and financial acumen.
* Hold accountability for sales activities in the Eastern Balkans with distributors.

Achievement of Sales Targets:

* Execute the yearly distributor sales plan.
* Manage distributor partnerships and adjust strategies to meet market conditions.
* Develop strategic sales plans and ensure revenue and profitability goals are met.
* Analyze market potentials and identify the best commercial approaches.
* Assist with scientific studies and propose corrective actions to reach objectives.

Profile:

* Master’s degree in Medical or Paramedical orientation.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the medical device industry.
* Practical knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
* Fluency in English and knowledge of Romanian or Bulgarian.
* Flexible team player with the ability to work independently.
* Pro-active with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
