Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen our Immunology team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Product Specialist Dermatology – South of Italy (Calabria, Campania and Basilicata).About the role:
You will be responsible of UCB’s products promotion to the respective stakeholder in the assigned territory and actively contribute to the launch of innovative products.Who you will work with:You will collaborate closely with several teams of the company such as MSLs, Area Leads or Market Access and also with key external stakeholders with the goal to identify the right patient profile for our therapeutic options.What you will do:
- Implement and deliver solutions to the relevant stakeholders
- Collecting and sharing insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem
- Execute the omnichannel plan of scientific communication
- Facilitate the access for UCB products, engage non-clinical stakeholders in selected accounts
- Be accountable in terms of scientific updates for the therapeutic area and UCB products
- Develop local ecosystem specific solutions in line with ecosystem drivers
- Actively contributes to and takes responsibility for patient solution development and implementation
- Understands the need for patient insights in engagement with regards to the patient journey including unmet needs, preferences, and behaviors
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- English: good level in reading, speaking, writing and understanding
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with strong background in highly specialized therapeutical areas (preferably dermatology)
- Capacity to identify and analyze medical, scientific and therapeutic area opportunities and problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements
- Act as a subject area expert and create awareness of patient journeys, unmet needs and therapeutic area-related topics
- Coordinate and synthesize thinking around innovative solutions
- Open to change and to embrace new challenges
