Job description

We are looking for a great new team member in Milan: Product Specialist.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • You will work on identifying new market opportunities and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • To develop product plans, roadmaps, and business cases.
  • You will work closely with R&D and Sales teams, while visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
  • In collaboration with Pricing and Sales Teams, to develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • To work on competitiveness analysis and market data including prices, costs and product costs evolution.
  • You will lead the product project management – Coordination with Pricing, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality to achieve the milestones and project objectives.
  • To assist sales team and customers on product technical support, product documents/presentations and homologations.
  • To identify ways to track product use and impact on end users.
  • Participation in exhibition fairs, seminars, and technical forums.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have an engineering background, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial are preferred.
  • Previous experience with of power electric products development
  • Knowledge of basic power cable technology – handling of cables, installation, and application.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Work effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Be able to handle technical presentations for different product lines. Good communication and organizational skills.
