Apply now for the position of Product Sales Expert – Specialties Laboratory Solution and you will be the expert in Hemostasis and Hematology product lines, in this role your responsibility will be to achieve within the assigned territories (North-East Italy: Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino Alto Adige, Emilia Romagna) the product sales targets agreed with the organization and in compliance with Company strategies. You will report to the Territory Manager within the Sales Commercial Lab Organization and functionally to the marketing department, collaborating with other company functions, in order to obtain maximum customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Your role:

  • You will work proactively with the project team of Territory Sales and Marketing functions to identify business prospects and opportunities, proposing specific solutions for the customer.
  • You will make best use of the technology of the product portfolio in order to present innovative solutions and projects.
  • You will actively contribute to the achievement of the Company objectives (Area Strategy and Market Share Growth) of Hemostasis and Hematology by exploiting the CRM culture and KPI monitoring.
  • You will produce a detailed report on the progress of projects based on the frequency agreed with the different company functions involved.
  • You will train Account Executives and Business Partners.
  • You will contribute to the preparation of tenders and the formulation of offers.

Your expertise:

  • A degree, preferably in Medical Health Sciences (Biotechnology, Biology or similar).
  • Preferably at least 3 years of previous experience in the field of Hemostasis and Hematology.
  • Familiarity with the use of the computer for the most common Office applications and specific company tools.
  • Sales orientation with experience gained mainly in public laboratories.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Available to travel in the assigned Territory and to support other territories if necessary.
  • Dynamic, with personal initiative and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction.
