Implement specific customer requirements thru the ETO process. Products may have global scope as well as regional scope.We are actively seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy!The Reliability Engineer is responsible of collecting and analyzing data from components as well as from application and processes. With the support of the subject matter experts (SME), drive the failure mode analysis, at the design level (DFMEA) as well as at the application level (AFMEA), calculate the MTBF. Provide statistical analysis and reports to illustrate and showcase potential issues within the product lifecycle and provide improvement plans. Create and/or optimize processes to collect the lessons learned and track their implementation in the products or in the applications.What kind of work will you be doing?
- Identifying and reporting on potential failures within a process.
- Performing tests and analysis when required.
- Design and Application Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) as well as MTBF calculation.
- Functional analysis and functional failure analysis (e.g., function FMEA, FHA or FFA).
- Define corrective action plans to solve the identified issues and track their implementation.
- Create and optimize processes to collect lessons learned and track their implementation.
- Provide analysis and reports to illustrate and showcase the analysis and the correction plan to the leadership team.
- Liaise with relevant teams on the outcomes of the analysis.

- Fault tree analysis and Dynamic reliability block-diagram analysis.
- Human error analysis, Operational hazard analysis, Reliability hazard analysis.
- Customer oriented and availability to travel.
- English language knowledge.
- Data management skills: ability to use statistical analysis tools as well as the ability to interpret and communicate the results of the analysis.
- A continuous improvement mindset: identifying and implementing ways to continuously improve reliability.
- Safety-conscious: the ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them.
- Project management: ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning and scheduling.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Years of Experience: 1-7 years.
