Product Quality Assurance Engineer – Venlo🔍 Looking for your next opportunity? We are hiring a Product Quality Assurance Engineer to drive quality improvements, compliance, and process efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.📍 Location: Netherlands, Venlo region (Hybrid)

🌍 Industry: Medical DevicesAbout the RoleAs a Product Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring quality compliance, improving operational processes, and managing quality systems across European distribution networks. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams, operations, and 3PL providers, providing expertise in regulatory standards and process development.Key Responsibilities✅ Quality Leadership – Lead local quality initiatives, address inventory-related product issues, and collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure compliance.
✅ Process Development – Improve workflows, enhance product return processes, and develop SOPs for quality-related operations.
✅ Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 and manage process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and regulatory teams to align quality objectives.
✅ Audits & Risk Management – Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
✅ Training & Communication – Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.Who We’re Looking For🎓 Education: Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
📌 Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing or distribution, preferably in a regulated industry.
📌 Skills: Strong quality systems knowledge, process validation expertise, and analytical problem-solving.
🌍 Languages: Fluent in English (Dutch/French is a plus).
🏢 Work Setup: Based at the main 3PL site, with optional remote work (approx. 1 day per week).
