Product owner with Software Development SkillsdotOcean is a leading company specializing in innovative software solutions, and we are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in taking full ownership of the product lifecycle, from capturing customer needs to collaborating with R&D and Sales teams, defining the product roadmap, and bringing the product to market.ResponsabilitiesProduct Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from understanding customer needs to delivering the final product.Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the Research & Development team to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.Communication with Sales: Liaise with the sales team to ensure alignment between product development and market needs.Roadmap Planning: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, updates, and improvements to meet customer and business needs.End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the development process, ensuring on-time delivery of features, solutions, and product versions.Product Launch: Prepare the product for market launch, ensuring it is optimized, tested, and ready for commercialization.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development environments.Strong programming background: A solid understanding of software development is essential. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in coding and technical project management.
