Job Summary+ 5 years of experience in a Product Owner / Business Analyst role in digital projectso Technical background with experience in the development world ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code) * o Language: English and Spanisho Knowledge of one or more banking products / processes (accounts payments cards accounting loans deposits Contact center wealth onboarding…)o Use of Jira and ConfluenceResponsibilitiesExperience in agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.)o Stakeholder management. Have experience working with cross areas of the company (Legal Compliance Product Design) to translate their needs/specifications into functional requirements of the product.

o Have experience creating executing and analyzing business test planso Have experience in reporting and monitoring Bugs detected in client flowso Know how to perform unit and regression tests of the test plan
