Our client has launched multiple tools specifically made for the insurance sector and is looking for a Product Owner to accompany the evolution of these tools and development of new one to keep a tailor-made approach with its internal client.Representing the business, the Product Owner will

• Translate and validate the functional requirements and work with the Scrum Master to ensure satisfaction from our client’s stakeholder by prioritizing requirements.
• Monitor and support the production environment by prioritizing improvements or bug fixes for the business.
• Master the E2E processes and be able to identify any discrepancies with the expected outcomes / processes.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for futures evolutions, taking into account the needs of the various user, in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the solution and manage incremental releases.
• Communicate efficiently with the development team to ensure the vision and requirements are respected.
• Communicate regularly with end-users/stakeholders to provide feedback on the progress of the solution.
• Keep the PO team informed of potential inter-dependencies.
• Support end-users/stakeholders in validating and understanding new functionality.

• Master degree or sufficient years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Knowledge and/or experience in the insurance sector (P&C underwriting, disaster insurance, etc…)
• Fluency in either French and Dutch and good knowledge of the other.
• Experience in IT Delivery in Agile is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptability skills, Team spirit.
• Great communication skills to work with various stakeholders and train end-users.
• Solution oriented mindset.

€60000 – 90000 per year
