We, the P&O Strategy & Data (ST&D) team, are dedicated to strengthening data-driven strategy development and deployment within the People and Organization (P&O) function to help us to better co-own the overall Siemens transformation.

Your new role!

As a Product Owner (f/m/d) you are the go-to-person for our P&O Insights Platform. A platform that enables people analytics across the organization. Together with a cross functional team you will manage the platform development, growth, and operations.

You will:

• Continuously increase the platform’s value and growth

• Ensure that the platform vision and strategy meet future requirements and support the transformation towards a data driven P&O

• Communicate with stakeholders and sponsors, understand and challenge their requirements

• Structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into product increments

• Refine user stories together with the development team

• Manage product backlog and plan sprints

• Promote the platform and explain its value to various stakeholder groups

• Lead all aspects of operations together with the operations team (user and data management, technical operations, user support…)

What you bring:

• Your bring a Master`s academic background as well as have a proven track record of successfully managing analytics products in a complex global organization

• You possess extensive experience as a data scientist/analyst in an international setting, preferably within the P&O industry

• Your expertise in Power BI and Microsoft analytics solutions is exceptional

• You are passionate for data, particularly in the P&O domain

• You have successfully led agile product developments

• Your knowledge of the P&O domain, combined with your IT expertise and interest in market trends and developments, is remarkable

• You have a strong understanding of GDPR and its implications for working with personal data

• Your enthusiasm, dedication to continuous learning, and ability to thrive in an empowered environment are commendable. Additionally, your exceptional social skills, communication abilities, and team spirit set you apart

• Your extensive international and intercultural experience is complemented by your fluency in English
