Are you an experienced Product Owner with advanced knowledge on agile principles and methodology? Are you good at prioritization and have seniority in engaging and managing stakeholders? If yes, this might be the job for you. We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join the Digital, Data & IT team at Novo Nordisk in Ballerup.
The Position
As a Product Owner, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Define the strategic product vision and communicate this in an engaging and passionate manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key drivers for deliveries to enable ongoing prioritization and content elaboration
• Improve and change methods and techniques based on personal experience and feedback and in accordance with the Agile Transformation Office (ATO)/Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE)
• Ensure learning, continuous improvement and training in the Agile team and Product Owner community
• Build, prioritize and maintain team backlog
• Work with the Scrum Master and the teams and participate in relevant events.
In this role, you will be driving and developing strategic digital transformation initiatives. Your goal will be ensuring stakeholder engagement and management by being a trusted partner and advisor. You will be expected to understand the business needs and match them with the digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic degree with some experience in the relevant field (domain specific knowledge and GXP/Pharma experience is highly preferred)
• Advanced knowledge on Agile tools, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps
• Experience with IT and project execution, and a sense to provide and develop the right products
• A strong interest in driving business objectives and understanding customer needs
• Profound leadership skills (leading through others) with personal advocacy, negotiation, high engagement and motivation
• Certification as Product Owner/Product Manager is an advantage
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills as well as stakeholder management skills.
As a person, you have an innovative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. You have a can-do attitude and focus on opportunities rather than on limitations.
About the Department
Laboratory Solutions (LABS) is a part of the Digital Data & IT Product Supply organisation. Lab Solutions supports laboratories in Novo Nordisk globally delivering a best-in-class service with our highly skilled team. The strategic objective of the unit is to be a strategic and trusted IT partner for the business, ensuring that we realize the benefits from the IT capability to support Novo Nordisk business goals overall (expansion, quality, etc.).
