Are you ready to support our exiting journey in team we build for Identity and Access Management and Security Access Management at Novo Nordisk?If your response for above is “yes”, then read on and apply now!Skills we look forWe are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:Academic degree at min. bachelor level or similar (preferably with certifications for Product Owner/Manager)5+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 3+ years in a role like Product Owner, manager, Product Manager roleExperience with in related domain – with core IT infrastructure technologies such as AD, DNS, and PKI and preferably also modern technologies like Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and SSOAbility to understand and map business needs and transform these to features and technical deliverables in an inspiring way to your product teamExperience with Agile methodologies and/or tools (concepts of Scrum, Kanban, Prioritisation, etc.)As a person, you have a strong passion for delivering services to the highest standards and find it natural to take a leading role with the aim to stay ahead on industry trends and are curious about new services and technologies. You can set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation. You are driven by optimizing processes, tools and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders.About the roleAs a Product Owner in our Core Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy of our core identity products. We are currently insourcing many services like AD, PKI & DNS from an external vendor and now is a great opportunity to take the lead on this, supporting our ambition to deliver stable services of high quality, with our many users in focus. You will be responsible for planning insourcing activities in dialogue with our external vendors and in close collaboration with the team and Product Manager of the area. You will also be responsible for managing product roadmaps, development, and operational stability in collaboration with the Operations Manager in the team. Your role will also involve budget planning, stakeholder management on senior level and supporting strategic workforce planning. You will work closely with Agile teams to ensure smooth delivery and contribute to various Agile and program events.As a Product Owner, you will:Drive the vision, mission, strategy, product roadmaps, and development.Support and drive the planning of insourcing activities from an external vendor.Act as the owner for operational stability on AD, PKI, DNS in collaboration with the Operations Manager.Manage budget planning and be accountable for the products in the team.Ensure proper stakeholder management at all levels and with external vendors.

Support the People Leader on strategic workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding.About the departmentYou will join a global product team of IT colleagues belonging to Core Infrastructure Services in Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (CCI), part of the department Global IT Operations. The role is based in Denmark (DK), where you will be part of a local department in CCI DK, consisting of a group of highly skilled and dedicated employees responsible for cloud architecture, Identity Access Management, and infrastructure monitoring. The team consists of 15+ team members from Denmark, India, and the US. We are accountable for technologies such as AD, PKI & DNS.
