In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital solutions within Microsoft 365 technologies, citizen AI like M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and digital collaboration tools such as Templafy and Miro, leveraging the benefits of current and upcoming technologies, provide relevancy for all Novo Nordisk employees and ensuring that our products are secure and compliant.  

We are an organisation based on the SAFE agile framework, and as product owner you will be responsible of one of eight product areas. You will work proactively with the Scrum Master and People Leaders to ensure that team events fulfil their purpose, and that the team executes and thrives. The team consist of IT architects, service managers, business analysts and operational analysts working with you to deliver the best user experience and stable operations for all Novo Nordisk employees. The team is global with team members based in Denmark and India.  

Responsibilities in the position:  

-Drive and communicate the product vision and strategy for M365 applications, and related products such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Miro, Templafy and Box  

-Build, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, prioritize and build roadmap, and handle risks and dependencies to other teams in the organization (in cooperation with the Agile team, other Product Owners, Product Manager and stakeholders) 

-Continuously improve the product based on vendors feature roadmap, customer feedback and market trends, ensuring high end-user experience on the products and services based on high collaboration with stakeholders within own organisation, other IT areas and vendors 

-Ensure stable operation of your products, including solid support model, monitoring and SLA’s. This requires strong vendor management, review of service descriptions, contract renewals, true-up processes and Request for Proposals. 

-Manage and maintain the operational budget for the product portfolio within the product area 

Skills we look for 

 
To be successful in this role, we believe that you should have: 

-Bachelor or master’s degree within business administration, IT or similar and +7 years of experience as a project manager, IT manager or IT architect  

-Experience with the M365 Applications, M365 Co-Pilot, Sharepoint, Exchange, Miro, Templafy and other digital collaboration and productivity tools 

-Strong background in product management and experience with agile methodologies, with ability to understand the business needs and communicate these in an inspiring way to the agile delivery team and stakeholders. 

-Experience managing application or infrastructure operations, and vendor management 

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in a cross-cultural, global environment 

-Ability to translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities 

Nice to have, but not required are: 

-Experience working in a regulated medical environment  

-Experience and understanding of service design and UX

Integrity and trustworthiness characterise your personality and the way you handle tasks and relations. Moreover, you should possess a high level of integrity and strong negotiation skills.
