The Corporate IT & Data Solutions (CIDS) is responsible for all internally focussed tools regarding our enterprise value chain. The major products in this enterprise value chain are Salesforce, SAP (S/4HANA) and our in house built Corporate Data Management.We are looking for a Product Owner to join them.About the role:Within the environment of our Lead to Cash, the Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of these tools by means of, amongst others, effective backlog management and the evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape.As a member of an international team, the product owner is working closely together with internal stakeholders, the product team as well as other teams to create user stories and to prioritise these for the team, thereby considering the support that must be delivered on the yet existing tools and the future plans. Together with the team you take the end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and you follow up on projects from start to finish.You would become Product Owner of SD Worx’ Billing & Invoicing tools, entailing a wide variety of previous locally managed, legacy billing & invoicing tools up until building out a corporate standard. Bringing a corporate-wide standard enabling our billing & invoicing teams within finance to run smooth operations, ensuring the growth of SD Worx.What do you have to offer?

• University degree (Master or bachelor) or equal through experience
• Multiple years of experience in analysing billing & invoicing processes and requirements
• You have +3 years of experience of successfully working with ERP technologies, like SAP S/4HANA and billing & invoicing tools
• You have strong financial domain knowledge
• Strong communication skills and skills to work in teams, also in other parts of the company
• System-thinking and handling
• Agile thinking and working is a given
• Pragmatic focus on result and achieving the goals
• You know how to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
• You know how to interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements and to prioritise these
• Good knowledge of English, both in speaking and writing

Which tasks can you expect?

• Make final decisions on the product development (in close collaboration with your squad) and technology direction
• Illustrate the business context, problem area + possible solution suggestions in close collaboration with FinOps, Services departments, product teams, the current Functional Analysts and Developers on our billing & invoicing tools, external suppliers.
• Validation of the product vision and prioritized roadmap with internal stakeholders in our FinOps department
• Co-development of a product vision and synchronise with the tribe lead and other product owners in other squads, responsible for related product-areas.
• Responsible for the definition and prioritisation of the product backlog
• Responsible for the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements
• Responsible for the implementation of the product roadmap and release planning
• Responsible for the technical stability of the product
• Responsible for defining necessary competences in the squad together with the scrum master, Agile Coach and Tribe Lead, building a strong team
• Making sure the team understands requirements correctly
• Interaction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within SD Worx
