Are you ready to take the lead in driving the development of innovative software solutions in a leading IT department? Autorola Development is looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to play a key role in our Solutions development department.As our new Product Owner, you will report directly to the department manager of Autorola Solutions Development and become an integral part of a dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated software team and be responsible for three products within the Solutions business unit. The developers and testers on your team work remotely, but you will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate with two other on-site teams at our Odense office. Additionally, there is a great community of product owners at Autorola providing excellent opportunities for professional sparring and collaboration.Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the Product Owner for three products, ensuring close collaboration with product management on product roadmaps.
• Facilitate the breakdown of epics and stories into development-ready tasks.
• Serve as the Scrum Master, leading iteration planning and PI planning.
• Manage the implementation of features up to release and report on progress and challenges.
• Communicate business requirements to developers and translate technical solutions back to the business.

Your Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience with software development processes and a solid understanding of systems.
• Practical experience as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or similar.
• Experience with agile methodologies and preferably knowledge of SAFe.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both developers, designers, and business partners.
• Experience working with a remote team is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
