You’ll play a pivotal role in steering the product roadmap while ensuring top-notch quality in everything we build. As we continue to scale, your expertise will be essential in helping us achieve the next level of success.TasksAs a Product Owner and QA Specialist at Shyfter, you will wear multiple hats to ensure the success of our product lifecycle.You will take ownership of the product roadmap while also playing a key role in quality assurance, ensuring that we ship a polished, high-performing product that meets our users’ needs.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and customer support, to drive the development and release of new features / improvements and report directly to the CEO.Product Ownership:

• Lead the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features based on customer feedback, business needs, and market research.
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Work with the CEO to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans to validate new features and ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing across all platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring they are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure QA processes are fully integrated into our development cycle.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that the product reflects user needs and pain points.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Provide regular updates on product progress and key performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• A min 3 years proven experience as a Product Owner, QA Specialist, or a similar dual-role capacity within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Familiarity with HR software, workforce management tools, or related technologies is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to target markets (e.g., French, Dutch, Spanish, German, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, ultra-dynamic environment.
