What you’ll be doing & whereWhere are you?Welcome to your future team. As a Product Owner (employee or freelancer) you will become an indispensable link in our Banking Solutions division headed byWhat you’ll be doingAs the Product Developer Open Banking (PD-OB), you will collaborate with an experienced Product Owner (PO-OB) and the Product Marketing Manager – PMM. We expect you to participate, or take the following responsibilities with a good degree of autonomy:Product strategy
- Market watch: Working with the Product Marketing Manager – PMM to gather competition intelligence
- Conduct user research: understand customer needs, pain points and feedback. This will include surveys, user interviews and usability testing.
- Collaborate with other Isabel Group (IG) units to define how the whole solution will interact with the other company products
- Pre-sales support: participate to sales calls, helping to draft of answers to RFP, providing product training and demonstration, helping with the development of sales collaterals.
- Post-sales watch: gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and translate into new opportunities
Impact analysis
- Understand and clear legal, process, security and compliance requirements by anticipating impact of new feature, or changes on operational processes
- Working closely with the dev engineers team to understand the technical constraints and trade-offs.
Features lifecycle
- Specify requirements based on the collected input (EPIC description)
- Follow up with the dev engineers to ensure that the implementation will produce the expected outcome
This is how you appear in our dreamsExpertise
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in product management in a SaaS development environment.
- Knowledge (ideally) of the product and/or its competitors, Open Banking and globally speaking, the finance sector.
- Thorough understanding, through education or experience, of software development for SaaS solutions in an Agile and DevOps environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You’re fluent in English and in addition to that you’re able to communicate in French and/or Dutch
