She/he will be focused on digital products and processes. She/he will address three types of projects:1) Deploying Customer Finance Operations Processes and Product Go-to-Market strategiesLeads and coordinates GTM communications related to Customer Finance Operations impacting Sales and Clients activitiesParticipate in product discovery phases & gather insights from the Sales team to make recommendations and support Product Managers in their Product launch strategiesActively take part in rolling out Ops and Product Go-to-Market strategy: prepare training materials, communicationConduct Ops and Product hypercare phaseReport on Ops and Product deployment Success KPIs (Actual vs Business Case numbers, on time delivery of project, in market execution etc.)Ensure good coordination & knowledge between Ops and Product teams2) Working on continuous improvementDevelop relationships and work with Sales, Ops teams, and other stakeholders to identify process & product optimization opportunitiesPrepare & present an improvement business case to the Customer Finance DirectorProject management timely implementation3) Taking part in fostering knowledge management & innovationMaintain an innovation pipeline on operations processes, products and technologiesWork hand in hand with the Knowledge Management & Innovation leaders to improve the level of knowledge of the overall team and stakeholdersDepending on the project phase, She/he will be responsible for preparing the following materials (non-exhaustive list):OPS & Product Go-to-Market strategiesFunctional analysis (e.g.: gap analysis)PMO documentationChange management materials (communication or training supports)Communication with sales team for each business line & key stakeholders (premium & automated solutions)QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be/ have:Master’s degree in business or engineeringWork experience +3/4 yearsQuick learnerPrevious experience in a management consulting firm or any project department within a Tech or Media company would be appreciatedPrevious experience in Change management (acts as a facilitator on a day-to-day basis)Previous experience of studying abroad or working in an international environmentThe candidate will need to show:Strong skills in PowerPoint & ExcelExcellent relationship & communication skillsFluency in English mandatory, French would be appreciatedCuriosity for the Tech & Media industriesAdditional InformationBelieve is committed to ensuring equal opportunities in employment, regardless of origin, sex, morals, sexual orientation, gender, age, family status pregnancy, race, political opinions, trade union activities, religious beliefs, physical appearance, family name, place of residence, state of health, or disability.
