Product Master Data Business Relationship Manager (BRM)
At L’Oréal, the Product Master data BRM role is the lynch pin between our UKI business teams and our central European data excellence team. The Product Master data BRM will foster collaboration and build a strong working relationship with central master data team. If you love data, have an analytical mind and love to problem solve then this is the role for you! You will be the voice of the UK business, making sure our data, tools and reporting meet our country requirements.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
You’ll be joining the 10-strong L’Oréal UKI Data & Projects Team for a 12m Maternity cover, as we continue to strengthen our working relationship with the European data excellence team (BEST).
A L’Oréal Product Master data Business Relationship Managers day is a whirlwind of activity. Your role sits at the heart of L’Oréal, acting as the senior point of contact with the UK business for any product data excellence activities. Capturing and integrating our local needs into the BEST Master data teams global strategy, ensuring our business stakeholders are supported.
You will be responsible for leading and executing initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. This role plays a critical part in establishing clear data processes, adopting new tools and reporting, owning communication, and accountabilities across the organization, and proactively addressing business needs.
Your role is anything but ordinary. Imagine starting your day identifying a recurring concern about a product Master data report. You then jump on a call with the BEST date team, providing them with clear, accurate information to address these concerns and ensure prompt incident resolution. In the afternoon, you might find yourself collaborating with the warehouse project team navigating their data requirement for our new warehouse management system cutover, before consulting with the divisional stakeholders to agree the best timing for our next product Master data portfolio cleanse and update and that this aligns with our UKI project roadmap.
