Hello! 👋At Factorial we’re looking for a new Product Marketing Specialist for the German Market to help us boost the Product Marketing Team to the next level.The RoleCan you picture yourself as a key player on Factorial’s dynamic Product Marketing team, driving the launch of our innovative solutions in the German market?We’re on the hunt for an energetic, adaptable, and collaborative Product Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant crew.You’ll be part of a young, motivated team dedicated to bringing Factorial’s cutting-edge solutions to the German market.In this role, you will:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our product.
• Create and maintain product value propositions and key messaging documents.
• Collaborate with the inbound marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
• Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product updates and new features in coordination with product teams.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and testimonials to support marketing efforts.searching

Your Profile

• You have worked in a Saas, with a marketing background that helps you understand at least the basics of the whole marketing, sales and customer funnel.
• You care about the business, this is why you love to look at data to obtain insights that will help you to discover problems that need to be solved.
• You are comfortable communicating and care about proper messaging no matter the channel: presentations, public speaking, giving feedback to the team, etc.
• You have a high degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances, and sharp negotiation tactics to make things happen.
• You are a curious person, willing to learn everything you can no matter the definition of your role.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You will be coming to the office for teams weekly meetings, both Product Marketing and cross-team ones. We love flexibility but we also love to discuss in person. 😀
