Global Transportation Technology Services (GTTS) builds and lifecycle manages a portfolio of global solutions that GTS network owners and operators, along with their transportation partners across Amazon, use to maximize productivity and transportation savings, minimize defects, and accelerate speed. We enable network operators to make and execute performance-driving decisions faster, more accurately, and with less effort through technology. Our portfolio consists of products across the Network Topology Management (the way the network is designed and how it changes with time), Capacity Management (the volumes that are shipped through the network), and Network Monitoring domains (assessing the network in real-time, highlighting the risk associated and reacting to the risk to mitigate them proactively) serving customers globally on a monthly basis managing Amazon outbound transportation network.

We are seeking a Product Manager, Tech to drive our disruption management strategy. This product manager will partner with business owner across WW Ops at Amazon to build a compelling vision that brings transportation operations and performance management into the future. You will also navigate how best to adapt and scale the product across a range of distinct geographic markets where Amazon currently operates or plans to enter.

You might have worked in startup environments and understand the complexities of working on a high growth and can handle multiple projects while dealing with constant change. You can take ambiguous problems and break them down into meaningful tasks. You have experience launching a product or service from end to end.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions

  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
