We are looking for a Product Manager – Secure Behavior Engagement & Training to be part of our IT Security and Compliance Department:Position Snapshot:
The role:Drive our Security Awareness & Behavior program to ensure Nestlé’s end users are equipped with the knowledge and experience to deploy secure behaviors in their everyday activities and when faced with cyberattacks. You will craft a curriculum of engaging training, interactive simulations, and captivating awareness content, to enable the markets to deliver a dynamic program. Spearhead the measurement and enhancement of user behavior, transforming every employee into an invaluable frontline defender of Nestlé’s cyber defense. Join us in shaping a culture of cyber resilience and securing a brighter future for our organization.What you’ll do:Develop a comprehensive program of security behavior training, including the tools and processes to support the delivery.Define and develop processes and tools to measure, assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the program.Collaborate with the Cyber Security Operations Center team to ensure training content and simulations are aligned to the threats to Nestlé.Work in collaboration with market teams to ensure the delivery of content that ensure our global messages are delivered in a locally effective manner.Provide accurate reporting and communications materials to engage senior stakeholders in the program.We offer you:We offer more than just a job.
