We are looking for a Product Manager Peripheral InterventionAs Product Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the BU and the salesforce to ensure successful development and execution of our business in the Benelux market. You will report to the Sales Manager PI and will work closely with the responsible Sales team and the EMEA Marketing team.The Interventional market includes a broad range of products with several new and exciting products in the pipeline. • You understand the different dynamics between the Netherlands and Belgium
• You are a key partner in ensuring the successful implementation of the business’ transitions (MDD/MDR regulation, Product Lifecycle strategies,…)
• You Develop category leadership strategies and tactics to ensure sales growth and excellence in new products launch and new technology/therapy adoption.
• You collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from supply chain to CCO, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Development, Compliance
• You Conduct regular customer visits to ensure continued awareness of the key market requirements/customer unmet needs and translate them into tactical actions.
• You are a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
• You become a reliable strategic partner in the decision-making process of your BU’s
• You become the champion for your products and market:

• Provide strategic sales support, i.e. strategic tender support & customer vision presentations, market data analysis.
• Reinforce the partnership with existing KOL’s, ensures higher service and follow-up, in conjunction with local clinical and sales team with EU Marketing, Market Development Team and Physician Training team.
• Reinforce relationship and partnership with Key clinical and patients’ associations.
• Act as a spokesperson to represent your BU’s insights and needs to the EMEA Marketing Team
• Initiate market development activities, and are responsible for launching new products lines and solutions
• Go to person for product price management.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of business experience in the Medical Devices and experience in product and/or market management. Business experience may include marketing, sales, sales training, business development
• Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree
• Result-oriented and thinking out-of-the-box
• Familiar with analytics, KPI and metrics
• Comfortable in presenting in front of customers, internal stakeholders, and audience.
• Understand the healthcare system, its reimbursement and influencing dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in translating business needs into product portfolio strategies.
• Well organized, able to prioritize appropriately and display good time management skills.
• Experience of working in a large matrix organization (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,..)
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French
• Based near Erembodegem or Olen office.
