Role Purpose
In this role you will be part of the Fixed Acquisition and Growth Team within the Corporate Marketing department, as Fixed Line Product Manager for Large Accounts customers (+100 employee).
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, measuring and managing the commercial launch of services and increasing the value of the Customer Base.
You will be responsible for every aspect of the fixed network offer, with a greater focus on developing the value of the customer base and defining strategies in order to increase the value and maintain fixed customers.
You will interact both with all Vodafone Business departments involved in product development and implementation, including IT, Sales and Finance, and with external partners.
Main Responsabilities
- Definition and execution of Go-To-Market strategies (definition of new product characteristics, price, management of the commercial launch) and Customer Base management
- Budget planning, performance analysis and creation of Business Cases for new initiatives
- Analysis of the Customer Base, identification of useful insights for managing the CB, decreasing churn and increasing customer satisfaction
- Definition of the strategy and implementation of commercial customer management initiatives in CB (e.g. Up-selling/cross-selling campaigns)

- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent in using MS Office (especially Excel)
