Responsibilities

As aProduct Manager Feed Safetyyou are andact as an owner of your dedicated product portfolio, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

Essentials:

• Strategic Development:Contribute to the 5-year strategic development plan for feed Safety , focusing on product and service lifecycles within your designated portfolio.

• Innovation:Prepare plans for additional science and service innovation to support product and service line growth and sustainability.

• Product/Service Innovation:Participate in the innovation process, from concept submissions to product launches.

• Research Initiatives:Collaborate with R&D and service teams to strengthen product/service stories through research initiatives.

• Pricing Strategy:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop portfolio and pricing strategies that maximize market share and profitability.

• Market Analysis:Monitor and analyze competitive products, sales, and marketing activities to guide product line management.

• Product Performance:Translate research data into performance updates, technical bulletins, and marketing materials.

• Training and Support:Provide training and support to customer-facing teams and distributors, including sales presentations and marketing collateral.

• Reports:Develop and provide input for reports that track and measure key performance indicators.

• Market Expansion:Work with regulatory affairs to prepare and execute plans for market expansion.

Qualifications

• A degree in veterinary or animal science with industry experience and min of3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive the strategy into sales

• Proactive passionate, self-motivated and business minded personality

• Proven success in achieving product sales objectives and financial targets

• Proficient in English

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities..

• Strong cross-functional teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical skills, including financial statement analysis and pricing strategies.

• Demonstrated integrity and honesty in all aspects.

• International experience in a multi cultural organization is a plus.
