JOB DESCRIPTION:Job DescriptionFor our Structural Heart Division, we are recruiting a Product Manager EMEA to be based in our EMEA HQ in Diegem, Belgium.Role and Responsibilities:Active member of the EMEA Marketing TeamOperational plan achievement (revenue, market share, milestones)Development, implementation and tracking of marketing programs from concept to completion, using metrics to drive success and continuous improvementEffective roll-out of product launches in collaboration with various stakeholders like global marketing, education, clinical, commercial excellence as well as country sales and marketingDifferentiation and Value Creation toward competition / competitive therapiesWorking in close cooperation with countries/regions to ensure optimal communication, implementation and alignment to achieve business objectivesCreating meaningful selling tools with clear objectives for targeting, implementation, and trackingDrive market development activities through establishment of best practices and development of tools to raise awareness of the benefits of assigned therapiesEnsure alignment with Business Unit objectives and programsHelp to frame educational modules in collaboration with education teamWork with the global marketing group to develop the products and materials that support our strategiesBuild strong relationships with leading KOL’s around EMEA
