Job DescriptionWe offer a contract of employment and a hybrid work model (1 day a week in the office).Additionally, depending on your annual assessment and the company’s results:Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary grossLong-term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu sharesAs a Product Manager in the DEX (Delivery Experience) Engine domain at Allegro, you will focus on data science-driven logistics and supply chain optimization. You will work with a dynamic team of product engineers and data scientists committed to enhancing the delivery experience for our customers.Your role will involve strategic planning, problem-solving, and the implementation of innovative, data-driven solutions to improve logistics performance. Specifically, you will oversee products such as automated delivery time prediction, order tracking platforms, delivery method selection, and optimizing parcel volume for Allegro’s operations. You will tackle challenges such as integrating new technologies with existing systems, improving delivery accuracy in diverse regions, and reducing delivery times without escalating costs.Close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders will be essential to bring forward-thinking logistics strategies into practice.We are looking for people with:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly in logistics, e-commerce delivery speed estimation, or supply chain optimization
• A strong data science background, proficiency in Python and SQL will be an advantage
• A track record of building or supervising the development of forecasting and logistics optimization models
• Track record of implementations in logistics or e-commerce domains
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of implementing successful data-driven technology solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with agility
• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce, logistics, and delivery optimization
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in an agile working environment
• Strong leadership qualities to drive team motivation and project success
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile the needs of users and translate them into new functionalities
• You will manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with multiple teams of engineers working in different architecture/on different systems to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals
• You will develop product roadmaps and timelines, and manage the delivery of features and enhancements
• You will facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
