Play your part in our team succeedingThe Product Manager for Customer and Product Pricing (CPP) will work close with our Revenue & Pricing team, elevating our pricing capabilities to enable a holistically understanding of the entire pricing waterfall in order to identify business opportunities and/or risks that can be shared throughout the organization and addressed proactively. In collaboration with the product team and key stakeholders, the team will be responsible for developing our future E2E pricing system to support seamless implementation of our 2026+ Pricing strategy.This role is located in the global Markets & Channels organization as part of Market and Commercial Development (MCD), a distributed team working across our B2B Market Groups and D2C LEGO® Retail unit. The team has a directive to optimise commercial momentum, support Group-wide commercial strategies and drive commercial insights and capability building.Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate holds an educational background – could be Master or Bachelor’s degree – in business administration, Economics, Commercial and Retail Management, Information Technology or similar; together with experience with engaging and working with cross-functional teams and agile development methodologies.Moreover, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
