About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Product Manager for Chats and Support to join our team.

Tasks:

    • Evaluate and manage a backlog of ideas, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for development;
    • Conduct research and analyze user chat data, both quantitatively and qualitatively, to generate insights and develop ideas into actionable hypotheses for improving bot performance;
    • Collaborate with the development team, including backend, NLP, and mobile chat developers, to drive tasks from ideation through to release;
    • Partner with product analytics to assess the impact of completed projects and ensure alignment and effectiveness in project execution;
    • Present project outcomes, progress, and data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a product manager with proven success in delivering impactful results;
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders;
    • Proficiency in product analytics and data-driven decision-making;
    • Strong analytical skills, including systemic, structural, and critical thinking, with experience managing multiple systems;
    • Technical background with a solid understanding of system architecture, backend principles, and databases;
    • Experience working with machine learning (ML) applications;
    • Skilled in Agile project management, including writing requirements, managing backlogs, and meeting deadlines;
    • Proficiency in English at a B2 (Upper Intermediate) level or higher.
