There are plenty of challenges to champion.The Role : As a leader at TripStack, your primary responsibility will be to support the Director of Product with Airline API/NDC & Consolidator Connections. You’ll oversee every step of the product lifecycle including content acquisition, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, vision, roadmap, development, and distribution/optimization.Responsibilities :

  • Work with Senior leaders to create product plans and API roadmaps
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Effectively prioritize product features, considering a variety of key factors
  • Work with technical teams/clients to ensure optimal operating processes are in place and client SLAs are met
  • Lead a team of product owners and analysts with a large airline portfolio
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring accountability for quality output and product delivery
  • Represent the voice of the end consumer throughout the development process
  • Ensure a competitive product offering, continually optimizing based on internal and external needs
  • Closely oversee the technical integration of APIs and understand the architecture
  • Monitor profitability with a focus on always working to improve unit economics
  • Forge strong business relationships with Airlines and Consolidators leading regular check-in meetings with a focus of growing collective partnerships
  • Complete regular market analysis always having an eye on the competitive landscape
  • Create a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making
  • Stay tuned into API/NDC market topics and advancements
  • Help to drive the transition to NDC One Order within our organization

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
  • Travel industry experience (with a focus on NDC)
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • The ability to confidently and effectively lead multiple streams of work simultaneously
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a similar role
  • Critical decision making skills
  • Strong experience in data-backed decision making/market research
  • Output and delivery driven; ability to handle significant context switching
  • Forward-thinking
  • Influential, proactive leader with a strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial at heart with a focus on culture building
