This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of data analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that meet the needs of our users.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within the Product Management organization to define and drive the product vision and strategy for analytics features within our platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs and business opportunities related to analytics.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Conduct regular product reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and product management.
• Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on analytics or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
• Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with analytics or BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of user centric design principles.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and software development processes.
• Positive, open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
