Plus de 200 clubs de football à travers le monde utilisent quotidiennement sa donnée à des fins de recrutement, d’analyses de jeu et de l’adversaire.Le premier sport couvert par SkillCorner a été le football mais l’entreprise s’est récemment lancée dans le football américain et le basketball et a déjà signé ses premiers clients en NFL et NBA.Job DescriptionAt SkillCorner, we offer a range of data products, including Game Intelligence data (event data and match statistics), which enables our clients to generate technical and tactical insights.Our solutions support football clubs in making informed decisions, whether for player recruitment or match analysis.As a Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and enhancing our Game Intelligence offerings, overseeing key projects from conception through execution, and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our products.You will be based in SkillCorner’s Paris office.MissionsYour primary responsibility will be to take prioritized opportunities and transform them into value-adding products for our clients. Key tasks include:To do so you will have to:Value Proposition Refinement: Conduct customer interviews, hold internal discussions with stakeholders, and analyse customer data to refine the value proposition. Identify success factors.Solution Development: Collaborate on creating specifications, prototyping solutions where necessary, and identifying associated risks/hypotheses to validate.Risk Mitigation: Alleviate risks related to the proposed solutions and validate assumptions through testing and feedback loops.Delivery: Prioritize the backlog, work closely with data scientists and software engineers to ensure timely delivery, and conduct testing to ensure product quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., sales, software engineers, data scientists) and external users or testers.Given SkillCorner’s startup environment, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to additional areas based on your experience and interest, such as opportunity prioritization and team organization.The teamYou’ll collaborate closely with:Data Scientists who develop algorithms to detect, classify and evaluate player actions.Software Engineers responsible for data generation, storage, and distribution.Data Analysts, who provide insights and analysis.Additionally, you will work alongside our Sales team and report directly to Yacine, the lead Product Manager.Preferred ExperienceKey SkillsYou need to be able to:Product Discovery & DeliveryDistill value propositions to their key elements.Identify the main risks associated with solutions.Prioritise ideas/developments and clearly explain your choices.Communication & CollaborationCommunicate fluently in English with strong writing skills.Bring clarity to complex situations.Collaborate effectively with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.Manage projects.Technical UnderstandingWork comfortably with data and numbers.Understand technologies such as the internet, server-client architecture, cloud, APIs, databases, and machine learning.Have basic coding experience, whether from studies or self-taught.Personal TraitsBe proactive and unafraid to push forward or say “no”.Be transparent and take responsibility for your decisions.Attention to detail.
