Position Summary

You will be part of the Systems & Payment Product management team in the EMEA region. In this new role we are looking for a Junior Product & Project Manager to strengthen the team that is focused on payment solutions and the security landscape. In this role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues to manage customer payment requests, support security-related activities, and coordinate with acquirers and schemes achieve the required certifications. You will manage and perform level 3 scheme certifications for international (Mastercard, Visa) and domestic (Bancontact, Carte Bancaire,…) brands, supporting our Security Manager, and ensuring smooth delivery of payment projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the technical side of payments and security, while building strong skills in project and product management.

Key Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Communicate with acquirers, schemes and certification bodies to arrange and execute level 3 scheme certifications.

· Act as an analyst for customer payment-related requests, assessing feasibility and translating requirements into clear proposals.

· Prepare offers and quotations for requested payment projects.

· Plan, organize, and manage payment projects from order through to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

· Provide clear and continuous communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

· Develop & maintain product documentation.

· Support the Security Manager in payment security activities and compliance requirements.

· Develop and maintain product knowledge in payment solutions and security, with a focus on continuous learning.

· Collaborate closely with experienced product managers and engineering teams to align on priorities and solutions.

· Grow in the role of project manager to lead larger customer programs from A to Z (cost, timing, deliverables) in collaboration with engineering teams, commercial team, distributors and customer.

· Contribute to shaping the product roadmap and innovation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends.

· You are part of a multifunctional team with a broad range of responsibilities, as such a high degree of flexibility in your daily work is required.

Profile:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail and structure, able to think “out of the box”.

· Willingness to learn the technical side of payment solutions and security.

· Interest in technology, security & payment solutions

· Customer driven.

· Able to work with deadlines in a dynamic project-based environment.

· Team player, growth mindset and able to work independently.

· Good presentation skills.

· Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.

· Possess a unique blend of business and technical skills.
