This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of data integration, and the ability to design seamless user experiences for BI reporting and other interactive features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality connectivity and user interaction solutions that meet the needs of our users.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the Product Management organization to define and drive the product vision and strategy for data connectivity services and user interaction features within our platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs and business opportunities related to data integration and BI reporting.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Conduct regular product reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data connectivity, user interactions, and product management.
- Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our data connectivity and BI capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data connectivity, BI reporting, or other front-end web SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of data integration, API services, BI reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of user centric design principles.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and software development processes.
- Positive, open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
