Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionAs a member of the Value-Added Services division within the Issuing Solutions Product organization, this role will be responsible for the ongoing product development and expansion of global Visa Benefits products, which include APIs, UIs and backend systems that enable issuers to create, manage and distribute powerful cardholder value propositions globally. This role involves supporting and spearheading the development of new features, improving existing ones, and ensuring the overall functionality of the product.Key activities include:Acting as a SAFe Product Owner for one or more development teamsHelping deliver through the agile development process, support meetings and address obstaclesSupporting development teams with clarity where needed and actively solving for blockersWorking with Product Managers to build and manage our roadmap and backlogDeveloping, communicating, and collaborating upon requirements across various stakeholdersValidation and user acceptance testing of new functionalityAct as subject matter expert / liaison between US product management and offshore development teamsResponsibilities:Product Development: Translate product strategy into actionable product development effortsProcess Improvement: Establish, document, and refine development and operational processes for the product.Product Engagements: Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well-rounded and prioritized appropriately.Operational Activities: Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure the systems are operating as expected, resolving issues, and coordinating activities.Additional Information:Work Hours: Candidate must be available to support clients and partners across global time zones. Willingness to work some US Pacific Time hours to collaborate with teams in the western USA.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsQualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
2. Experience with product ownership, or scrum master in an agile team (preferably SAFe)
3. Experience utilizing Business Analysis skills
4. Proven experience working in an Agile methodology environment, ideally SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) (e.g., SCRUM, DSDM, Lean/Kanban) an advantage
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills and stakeholder management, with an ability to translate business needs clearly to a technical team.
6. Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs.
7. Great intellectual agility and attention to detail.
8. Open to feedback, and able to deal with ambiguity and work on multiple concurrent activities.
9. Experience in using Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office suite a plus
10. Able to work and manage scrum teams that are geographically dispersed and across time zones (direct experience an advantage)Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
