Skills and Competencies
- Experience with or interest in API development and data integration.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Understanding of IT systems and software development processes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and software testers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence is desired.
- Experience with SQL or a programming language is a plus.
Education
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Support Product Managers in shaping impactful products, driving quality, and fostering collaboration—be a key part of delivering innovative solutions.
- Assist Product Managers in delivering impactful solutions and bridging business and technical needs.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Learn agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Write and refine user stories, including acceptance criteria for features.
- Perform quality checks to ensure features meet requirements.
- Track progress in team meetings and assist in coordinating workflows.
- Help manage product documentation and updates with guidance from Product Managers.
- Monitor feature performance and provide insights for future improvements.
About the team
The Product Management team, part of the Entity Verification, Compliance & Third-Party Risk unit at Moody’s Analytics, is a diverse group of professionals serving as the central hub for unifying data interfaces across platforms. We ensure the delivery of accurate and consolidated information into a comprehensive risk management solution.
You must be available from the 16th of June to the 22nd August for this internship, and this role pays 15 Euros per hour.
