Product Line Manager – AI / Software | C-Arm | Service

Overview
We are looking for three Product Line Manager profiles with different areas of expertise (AI/Software, Imaging Systems, and Service) to join the Strategic Marketing team.
The role is responsible for defining and executing the product/service line strategy, driving global roadmap development, and ensuring strong business performance across revenue, margin, and customer adoption.
The Product Line Manager works closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, and regional business teams to develop, launch, and scale innovative solutions in international markets (including EMEA and GCC).
Core Responsibilities (all profiles)
* Define and execute the global product/service line strategy and roadmap
* Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market penetration
* Develop business cases for new offerings and enhancements
* Lead product/service lifecycle management (introduction, growth, maturity, discontinuation)
* Support go-to-market execution with regional teams
* Gather Voice of Customer and translate insights into product/service improvements
* Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and portfolio content
* Define pricing strategies and optimize recurring revenue streams
* Ensure alignment between R&D, business strategy, and customer needs
Profile Variants
1. Product Line Manager – AI / Software
Focus on digital and AI-enabled solutions:
* AI-based applications and software platforms
* Medical imaging software and digital transformation initiatives
* SaaS / enterprise software product lifecycle
* Definition and launch of new software solutions
2. Product Line Manager – C-Arm / Imaging Systems
Focus on imaging systems and hardware-software solutions:
* C-arm, X-Ray, fluoroscopy, and related imaging systems
* Installed base strategy, upgrades, and technology refresh programs
* Integration between hardware, software, and clinical applications
* Imaging portfolio lifecycle management
3. Product Line Manager – Service Portfolio
Focus on service business and aftermarket solutions:
* Global service strategy and service portfolio management
* Service contracts, upgrades, and lifecycle services
* Installed base monetization and recurring revenue growth
* Improvement of attachment rates and customer retention
* Development of new service offerings (including digital/AI-enabled services)
Requirements (all profiles)
* 5+ years of experience in product, solution, or service management
* Proven experience in at least one of the following: AI/Software, C-Arm/Imaging Systems, or Service business
* Experience in roadmap definition, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management
* Strong technical and business understanding of complex solutions
* Background in medical imaging or healthcare industry is highly preferred
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
* Solid understanding of financial and marketing principles
* International experience is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally
